Bronze medal for the Ma Iaia Cinta Homentatge at Decanter World Wine Awards

The Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA) are globally recognized as the most influential of all competitions in the wine world.

This competition is held in London formed by a jury of international experts: 59 Masters of Wine and 25 Master Sommeliers. The tasting is carried out in stages and the scoring criteria are various.

Last May 19, they published the awards and the Celler Josep Vicens was awarded with a bronze medal for the Ma Iaia Cinta Homentatge wine. It is a 100% Macabeo wine from old vines, a fresh wine with character. This wine is fermented at a controlled temperature in unroasted vats and aged for 6 months in batonage with its lees.

Once again, the recognition received for this wine is an honor, especially receiving it from the most important and influential competition in the world.
