Tasting note

Nose
Fresh almond, ripe white pear, perfume of magnolia, banana, empyreumatics and a subtle touch of pineapple. A deep note of yeast and organic hints. We feel a continuous contrast between ripeness and freshness.
Mouth
Extremely tasty, with a broad, deep mouthfeel. Its taste is an elegant interplay between fruit and notes of dried fruit and yeast. The hints of salt that accompany the wine until the finish on the palate are an invitation to drink it.
