Tasting note

Nose

Aromatically subtle but with exquisite complexity: notes of orange blossom honey, white pear, arbequina olive, refined aniseed and herbal touches reminiscent of mint. Its expression grows, with suggestions of white wood, lemon and a hint of chalk.

Mouth

A rich flavour, with notes of salt and citrus instantly standing out. Powerfully unctuous but with lively acidity. Aniseed and citrus flavours, touches of marzipan and a slight hint of wood. In the finish, aromas of fennel, lemon and almond.
