A cheerful, well-focused wine

Tasting note

Nose

An explosive white wine with notes of passion fruit, green olive, fennel, melon and pineapple. An aroma of green lemon, hints of salt, and an empyreumatic note mark this well-focused white Grenache.

Mouth

A savoury attack marked by good acidity. Its flavour is a genuine reflection of the aromatic notes, with melon and pineapple standing out. A creamy feel due to the work with lees and highly refreshing vegetal notes of fennel.
