A delicate rosé, full of contrasts

Tasting note

Nose

A pale rosé with a delicate aroma in which strawberry and blood orange stand out. Hints of green pepper, raspberries and pink roses make up its complexity.

Mouth

The wine is fresh, with a silky texture and strawberry, fresh liquorice and blood orange flavours. The freshness is maintained right to the finish, with notes reminiscent of red pepper. In the finish, the aromas recover the floral notes.
